Terms of sale
For all treatments requested through mobilepmu.com and carried out at your home.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Bossmetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G., represented by Fanny Kananga Kumande, Ottostraße 9, 47198 Duisburg, Germany. These terms apply to every treatment requested through this website.
2. How the contract is formed
The treatments shown on this website are not a binding offer. Submitting a request is your offer. The appointment is initially only held. A consultation call takes place before acceptance. The contract is formed only when I expressly confirm the request — usually by email after that call. If I do not respond, the hold lapses automatically.
3. Prices and travel
The prices shown on this website at the time of your request apply. All prices are final and include the touch-up after four to six weeks. From a drive time of 60 minutes a travel supplement applies, which is shown before you submit the request. Payment is made after the treatment on site unless otherwise agreed.
4. Right of withdrawal
You are a consumer and are concluding the contract through this website — a distance contract. You therefore have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving reasons. A clear statement by email to hello@mobilepmu.com is sufficient. If the treatment is to take place before those 14 days have passed, it can only be carried out if you expressly agree and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. I obtain that agreement during the consultation call and confirm it in writing.
5. Cancelling and rescheduling
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start; an email is sufficient. What counts is the time the cancellation reaches me. For later cancellations, or if nobody is present at the agreed appointment, 50% of the treatment price is charged as compensation. You remain entitled to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss, was incurred.
6. Your part and the conditions
Treatment is carried out only from the age of 18. You confirm that the information given during the consultation about conditions, medication, pregnancy and allergies is complete and correct. At the location I need a table, a socket and sufficient light. For hygiene reasons no animals may be in the room during treatment.
7. Result and touch-up
Permanent make-up is craft work on living tissue. How your skin takes the pigment is individual and not fully predictable, so a particular final result cannot be guaranteed. The touch-up included in the price, four to six weeks later, exists precisely to correct for this. It is part of the price only within that period.
8. Liability and dispute resolution
For damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and in cases of intent or gross negligence, I am liable without limitation under statutory provisions. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. German law applies.
