Withdrawal policy
This page sets out the withdrawal information for every contract you can conclude with us online: orders of goods from the shop (section 1), digital content such as PDF guides (section 2), treatments (section 3) and gift vouchers (section 4). The section that matches your type of contract applies to you; you also receive exactly that information and the model withdrawal form by e-mail with your contract confirmation. Goods and digital content are ordered in separate orders. Sections 1 to 6 follow the statutory model texts and the wording of the law. How the online withdrawal function works is explained in section 7.
1. Withdrawal information for orders of goods
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://mobilepmu.com/en/withdrawal. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Mobile PMU, owner Fanny Kananga Kumande, Ottostraße 9, 47198 Duisburg, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2. Withdrawal information for digital content (download)
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal For a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract under section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB) on a durable medium (section 356(6) no. 2 BGB). We begin performance when you start the download or retrieval of the content for the first time. If you did not consent to early performance, we make the content available only after the withdrawal period has ended.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal For a service contract, your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, if we began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (section 356(5) no. 2 BGB). If your treatment appointment falls within the withdrawal period, we will only carry out the treatment if you expressly requested, when booking, that we begin before the withdrawal period ends. Without that request, the treatment can take place at the earliest after the withdrawal period has ended.
4. Withdrawal information for gift vouchers

5. Early expiry for sealed hygiene items
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery. In our shop this applies only to items expressly marked as a “sealed hygiene item” on the product page and in the order summary, for example care products with a hygiene seal on the product packaging. As long as the seal is intact, you can return these items within the withdrawal period. The other items in your order are not affected. You can withdraw from goods without such a seal even if you have opened them; section 1 applies to any diminished value.

7. How to use the online withdrawal function
Click “Withdraw from contract” – you will find the button on every page of mobilepmu.com – or open https://mobilepmu.com/en/withdrawal directly. You do not need a client account. 1. Enter your name, the e-mail address for the acknowledgement of receipt and details of the contract you want to withdraw from, for example the order, booking or voucher number or a short description. If you only want to withdraw from some items or services, name them; if you leave the field empty, the withdrawal covers the whole contract. You do not have to give a reason. 2. Click “Confirm withdrawal” directly below your details. This sends your notice of withdrawal. 3. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without undue delay, stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it. Please keep it. If you send your withdrawal through the online function before the withdrawal period ends, it is in time. You can still withdraw by letter, by e-mail or by phone (contact details in section 1). Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling or rescheduling an appointment; section 5 of the terms applies to that.
