Withdraw from contract

Withdraw here from a contract you concluded with us online – a shop order, an appointment booking or a voucher purchase. You do not need a client account and you do not have to give a reason.

Only want to cancel or reschedule an appointment? That is not a withdrawal; section 5 of the terms applies. Within the withdrawal period you can still withdraw from the contract here.

Name, contract and e-mail address are required.

For example the order, booking or voucher number, the date or a short description.
Name the items or services you want to withdraw from. If you leave this field empty, you withdraw from the whole contract.

Clicking “Confirm withdrawal” sends your notice of withdrawal.
