For the use of mobilepmu.com, the client area and the referral programme.
1. Content on this website
All text, design and photographs on this website are protected by copyright. You may view, save and share them for private use. Commercial reuse — in particular copying text or prices onto other websites — is not permitted without written consent.
2. Client area
Access to the client area (my.mobilepmu.com) exists only if you are already a client — there is no open registration. The sign-in link is personal and must not be passed on. If you suspect someone else has access, write to me and I will close it.
3. Referral programme
If you refer someone and a first treatment follows, you receive a reward under the terms in force in the client area. I confirm the attribution manually — a referral link alone creates no entitlement. Obvious misuse, such as self-referral or invented contacts, forfeits the reward.
4. Availability
I aim to keep this website and the booking flow available, but do not owe uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults at service providers or force majeure can cause interruptions. An appointment already confirmed is unaffected.
5. Changes
These terms may be adjusted if the website or the legal position changes. For a treatment contract already concluded, the version in force at the time of booking always applies.
