Cookie policy
Essential cookies support language, login, booking access, the basket and your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing are optional.
1. What a cookie means here
Cookies are small text files your browser stores for a website. Advertising measurement via Meta happens server-side after a deposit arrives, and only with marketing consent. There is no browser pixel and no Google Analytics. Some processing runs through our server with no cookies at all — the address lookup and travel-time calculation during booking, for instance. Those are described in the privacy policy rather than here, because they leave nothing in your browser.
2. Strictly necessary — no consent required
PMU_LOCALE (12 months): stores the language you explicitly choose. pmu_consent (6 months): stores your cookie choice. pmu-booking-… (90 days): protects access to your own booking status and details. It is set when you request an appointment or open your personal booking link. pmu_cart (until you close the browser): holds the items and quantities in your basket; set only when you add the first item. pmu_analytics (6 months): records your choice about optional analytics.
3. Only with your consent
pmu_ref (60 days): associates a referral code. pmu_attribution (30 days): stores the campaign page and any UTM campaign identifiers so a booking can be associated with them after consent. The website and booking work without these marketing cookies. pmu_measurement_session (session storage): a random identifier for public visits and booking steps. It is created only after consent and removed from the browser on withdrawal. Raw events are deleted after 90 days.
4. Changing or withdrawing consent
Open “Cookie settings” in the footer. “Necessary only” clears referral and campaign cookies. Events already transmitted are not retrospectively recalled. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. What happens in the other areas
In the client area (my.mobilepmu.com) and the admin area (admin.mobilepmu.com), Supabase sets cookies for signing in. These are strictly necessary — without them signing in is impossible — and are set only if you actually sign in.
